Delicious Raw Vegan biscuits

Hello loves, I'm excited to share with you a recipe of one of my favourite treats. These biscuits are super quick and easy to make as you'll need just three ingredients. These are ideal for school, work or everyday pretty much.. they are also perfect for ANZAC day approaching!


For the mixture:

♡ 225g of pitted dates
♡ 1/2cup of rolled oats
♡ 1/3cup of shredded coconut

To make life easier:

♡ A food processor
♡ Measuring cups
♡ Oven
♡ Baking tray


1. Add pitted dates into your food processor and mix until they form a gooey constituency.
2. Throw in your oats and coconut and mix away!
3. Once the mixture is all blended together; roll the mix into balls (any size) and flatted them out on a baking tray.
4. Pop them in the oven for roughly 10 minutes or until golden.
5. Leave them to cool or eat them gooey with some so good coconut ice-cream!

Voila, super easy right!
